Freh water 40 Tollycraft - Great livability, large cabin spaces with lots of available storage.
Sleeps up to four owners and guests in two staterooms plus an additional two on the salon convertible L-lounge. The master stateroom is aft with two large single berths, large closets, drawers and a separate head with a walk-in shower stall. Newer carpeting throughout and new salon curtains. The interior is tastefuly decorated, neat and clean. The Guest cabin is located forward with large storage areas and a closet, a traditional V- berth layout with a private head and sink.Main salon has a full lower control station including full SW gauges, helm chair, Morse controls, a Horizen Titan VHF Radio. There are two sliding companionway doors located to port and starboard that provide easy access to the outside decks as well as for convenience in provisioning. The salon has a nice, open feeling throughout and the pleasant color scheme adds signinifcantly to the appeal of this vessel.Galley is up and aft to starboard in the main salon area. Three burner Princess electric stove with oven, double stainless steel sink, and a Welbilt refrigerator with top freezer.

Bilge blower, bilge pumps, bridge and lower helm controls, Halon fire extinguishing system, fuel filters, raw water sea strainers, Monomatic heads(2), Balmar hot water heater, Morse controls, 6.5 KW Onan Generator, 12V DC and 110V AC. Hourmeter reads 1228 hours (believed to be inaccurate). Aft furel tanks have been replaced with aluminum tanks at aproximately 55 gal each, the additional fuel tanks in the engine compartment need to be replaced and are unusable. One of the two aft plastic water tanks has a leak when filled over the 3/4 full.
