This Hatteras 53 is a fine example of the classic, timeless design of Jack Hargrave. In addition, this particular boat has the much sought after extended fly bridge, providing more entertaining space than many of her sister ships. Another distinctive feature is the teak "eyebrow" that trims the edge between the fly bridge and the main level- an attractive detail rarely seen, but it really sets this boat apart from the others when you compare them side by side. The three stateroom, three head, bi-level layout has made this Hatteras one of the most successful motor yachts of it''s size. Tremendous interior volume make this the perfect live-aboard or cruising motor yacht. The large salon windows provide a 360 degree panoramic view and double doors open up to a lovely aft deck living space. An extended fly bridge makes for even more great entertaining space, as it will easily seat ten guests. A Hatteras Motor yacht has been known as "the boat" to have for the discriminating yacht owner. The build quality and strength is known to be excellent, one that has been looked up to and has set the standard for other builders for years. Even the little details have been addressed, like finishing the interior of the lockers and closets with a wood lining. The abundant use of teak lends a golden richness that truly feels sumptuous. The owners have enjoyed her as their weekend home over the lastseven years and have invested over $150,000 in her during that time, and they nowfind themselves lacking in the time to enjoy her and have decided to move on to new adventures. Whether you are in search of a truly luxurious waterfront home, an impressive place to entertain clients, or an eye catching yacht to cruise in comfort, this Hatteras Classic Motor yacht is an excellent choice.
