The 65'' High Tech has always been a popular brand and model, and no wonder with her 4 stateroom 4 head layout (plus crew quarters), modern styling and huge volume. This High Tech has been updated and upgraded by her owner and now is offered for sale at a very competitive price. She is in excellent condition.
Entering the huge salon from the aftdeck, you find U-shaped seating to starboard, stairs down to the master stateroom and engine room port aft, entertainment center and cabinetry to port, dinette port forward, galley to starboard separate and forward of the salon, lower helm further forward to starboard and then a companionway to the guest staterooms below forward.
The 65'' High Tech offers a full beam master stateroom aft, a large VIP guest stateroom forward and two twin berth guest staterooms aft of the VIP stateroom. All the staterooms offer ensuite heads. The crew cabin is all the way forward accessed through a foredeck hatch. All the bedspreads, drapes, curtains and soft goods are reported to be new.
The huge salon offers U-shaped seating to starboard with a coffee table/ottomans, entertainment center and cabinetry to port, dinette port forward. This is a very open and airy salon with large side windows and stainless steel trimmed glass aftdeck door.

There is a large dinette located to port across from the galley and lower helm.
The massive, full beam master stateroom is located aft for more privacy. The stateroom offers a queen size centerlineberth, four portlights and transom hatches for loads of natural light and ventilation, carpet, walk-in closet, vanity with pull-out stool, ensuite head.
The huge VIP guest stateroom is located forward and offers a queen size centerline berth, ensuite head, capret, hanging locker, storage cabinets, overhead deck hatch and portlights for plenty of natural light and ventilation.
The port guest stateroom offers side by side twin berths, ensuite head, carpet, hanging locker, storage drawers and a portlight for natural light and ventilation.
The starboard guest stateroom offers over/under single berths, ensuite head, carpet, hanging locker, storage drawers and a portlight for natural ventilation and light.
The crew quarters are all the way forward accessed through a foredeck hatch. There is a v-berth, wet-head and air conditioning.
The Bosch Axxis washer and dryer are located in a master stateroom foyer.
The lower helm is located starboard forward and offers a full console and a bench seat.
The huge, covered aftdeck offers teak decks, large teak table with teak chairs, matching Frigibar refrigerator and freezer boxes, JVC 13" television in weather tight housing, wing controls port and starboard and a large stainless steel/glass sliding door to the salon. There are side walkwaysleading from the aftdeck with substantial stainless steel railings for safety and fender hooks.
The large flybridge offers a full console forward,wrap aroundseating aft, wetbar, icemaker, sunpad aft, helm seats, non-skid deckand aBimini with Eisenglass enclosure. Bimini and cushions were new in 2010.
