"Blue Eyes London" has been built under close supervision by the Owner''s and there team. She offers a high level and sophisticated interior finish ensuring great guest comfort. The large bathing platform/ beach club area and expansive decks are great features of this yacht. The guest lift operates from the guest accommodation all the way up to the sundeck.
Main Deck:Forward is the full beam Master suite. The full beam bathroom boasts his and hers sides with separate WC/Bidet cubicles, a wash basin and ample storage. A large circular Jacuzzi tub and an equally large stall shower are the center pieces. The intricate inlays in the marble are exceptional as is the size of the bathroom.Just Aft of each of the bathrooms are large dressing rooms, his and hers are completely separate.On the Port side there is additional full length hanging cupboard and a vanity table.The suite houses his and hers safe boxes, a wall mounted flat screen TV disguised behind a mirror and operated by the Crestron touch screen control panel.The large fold down balcony on the starboard side gives this suite another dimension and a lot of natural day light.Aft of the suite is the Owners office/library, which again benefits of a large window flooding it with daylight.Aft of the suite is the Main Deck lobby:Double doors give access to the starboard deck and the med boarding ladder. A day head is forward. The stairway leads up to the upper deck or down to the guest cabins. The glass lift will also allow plenty of light into this spectacular lobby. Once again the marble inlaid floors are a work of art and testimony to the best Italian craftsmanship.Aft of the lobby is the formal dining room providing seating for all twelve guests. This has a service door directly to the galley on the port side. The dining room can be separated for the saloon by sliding doors on port and starboard. The cabinets in the dining room provide ample storage for crockery, cutlery and glassware. Aft of the dining room is the main Salon with seating areas on port and starboards with a large Samsung Flat Screen forward operated by the Crestron touch screen.Aft of the saloon is the piano room, this can be left open or the recessed sliding doors can be shut so as to offer two separate day saloons. A mini grand piano is the centre piece. Aft of this is a comfortable seating area that opens up onto the aft deck.Lower Deck Guest Area:Forward to port is a large twin bedded guest cabin with extra pulman bed. A desk area and a full walk in wardrobe is provided. The television is disguised behind the mirror and operated by the Crestron control. Forward is the spacious bathroom with a large shower and a separate WC/ Bidet cubicle to port, once again the marble work is a piece of art.To starboard is an equally large mirror imaged twin guest cabin boasting the same features. A crew service door between the two cabins leads to the crew and laundry area for easy servicing of the lower guest cabins.Aft of the two cabins is the lower lobby served by the guest stairs, as well as the guest elevator.Aft of the lobby to port is a VIP suit with a large queen size bed, walk in dressing room, vanity table, pop down (from ceiling) TV operated by Crestron control. Ample storage space and once again a spacious and beautifully appointed bathroom with a large stall shower, separate WC/Bidet cubicle and a fine display of intracate marble work.To starboard is another VIP suite boasting the same features.Lower Deck Crew area:Forward are the cabins and the emergency exit via the foredeck locker.The main access is from the passageway on the main deck adjacent to the galley. This leads into the crew mess. Comfortable C shapped bench seat and two tables. There is also a shell door apx 60cm above the water line for supplies and also crew access at anchor.To Starboard is the pressing room for ironing laundry.Aft is the crew passage to lower deck cabins and access to the sub deck and tank tops.Sundeck:Fwd Jacuzzi with sun pads either side.Aft is a large open deck area with removable railings to use as Touch & Go Helipad designed for helicopters up to 3 000kgs.An electric awning is provided for comfortable dining on this upper deck.Sundeck Structure:To port is a crew stairway into the service pantry. To port a water tight door leads onto the sundeck.To starboard is the main guest stairway and guest elevator arriving into a light filled lobby and starboard water tight door onto the outer deck.Aft is the "on board gym/ spa" that looks out on to the vast sundeck. To starboard is a hammam/ steam room. Aft of this is a guest rest room. The shower is accessed via an exterior door from the starboard deck. In the gymnasium there is currently a techno gym treadmill/running machine and a techno gym, cycling machine as well as a techno gym wall maintained weights system. A Samsung TV is wall mounted on port sides.Bridge deck:Forward is the bridge with great visibility through the vertical bridge windscreen. A forward facing chart table is just aft. Seating is provided on both port and starboard. Water tight doors port and starboard give easy access to the wing stations. The wheelhouse has a walk around Portuguese bridge with a forward facing bench seat just forward of the bridge as well as two large sun bathing areas port and starboard.A comfortable companion way leads forward to the foredeck. The foredeck is spacious. An hydraulic and extendable crane ensures easy launching of the crew/ rescue tender as well as the two jet skis. On the bow is a raised observation poop deck allowing guests a unique panoramic view at anchor or under way, railings and a semi circular bench are fitted for comfort and safety.The fore peak houses hydraulic pumps, electrical equipment and also an emergency exit from the crew cabins. Aft of the wheelhouse to port is the Captains cabin with a double bed, desk area various repeaters. A Samsung Flat screen is wall mounted.To starboard is the yachts office.Aft to starboard is the TV/HIFI rack in a separate air conditioned technical space.To port is the open deck pantry with crew stairway leading up from the galley and up to the sundeck pantry.Guest Lobby:This grand lobby greets the guests as they arrive from the main stairway or elevator. The floor is in laid travertine. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. Aft to starboard is a guest day head. To port is a wonderful VIP suite with large windows, a desk and a spacious bathroom with a large shower and separate WC/ Bidet cubicle. Spectacular marble work is in evidence. The suite has good storage and full length hanging wardrobe space. A wall mounted TV is ingeniously disguised behind the mirror.Sky Lounge:The Sky lounge is full beam making it extremely spacious and filled with natural light. A large and comfortable C shapped settee is to port, giving easy viewing of the large 42 inch pop up flat screen TV. All entertainment systems are operated by the touch screen Crestron control unit. A guest "mini bar" drinks fridge is discreetly incorporated into the cabinets.Aft are two marble in laid gambling tables with four chairs each.The aft upper deck is reached via sliding doors. This deck is vast and shielded from wind and direct sun. An oval dining table is the center piece. Aft port and starboard are seating areas with drinks tables. This is the perfect area for intimate dining or can easily be set up to entertain a large number of guests in style.
