Brokers Comments
This Lagoon 440 Flybridge Catamaran is structurally sound but in need of some TLC. The bottom has recently been painted, she has new pinstripping and the hull has been sanded compounded, waxed and buffed. There are some minor gel-coat repairs that need to be completed. The interior wood has about 20% of the surfaces that need revarnishing. Some new additions include a current Raymarine C120 Widescreen Chartplotter and new Caribe 13 ft RIB. Unfortunate circumstances has forced the owner to leave Grenada unexpectedly to take care of a family member back home in Canada. The owner has left items onboard that will need to be removed after the sale. This is a great opportunity for someone to own one of the most desirable cruising/charter cats in the world at a great price. Owner open to offers.
