ANTINEA has a molded, carbon fibre reinforced fiberglass hull. The frames, floors, longitudinals and girders are foam filled and all decks are constructed of fiberglass and overlaid with teak. Construction and machinery are to ABS and A-1 Maltese Cross classification.In January of 2008 the vessel was relocated to Stabbert Maritimes Seattle Shipyard, Stabbert Yacht and Ship. Over the subsequent year the vessels guest staterooms and public spaces were redesigned and refit, and a majority of the primary machinery components were renewed or rebuilt.A majority of the systems aboard ANTINEA has been rebuilt or replaced including electronic lighting controls, zero speed stabilizers, a sewage treatment plant, and high efficient generators. A majority of the sub systems were also renewed including plumbing, wiring and insulation. ANTINEA is MCA compliant and fully ABS certified.
