Truly Classic, 17m50 Hoek Design sailingyacht and built by McMullen & Wing in New Zealand. A true beauty and a joy to sail. Meticulous owner has lovingly maintained her like new. In 2009 she was sailed to the Netherlands and since then she has received new paint (Awlgrip H8002) including hull, mast and boom, new North 3DL sails (main, genoa and staysail), new Raymarine electronics and much,much more. Accommodations
Lady Anne features a mahogany interior with white panels and white ceiling. The floorboards are holly. The interior is bright with light flooding in through the dockhouse and skylights. The skylights can be opened and nine dorade vents provide for additional ventilation.
The dockhouse has two sofas, seating two and three guests, and offers 360 degree views. The navstation in the dockhouse has been completely renewed in 2009/2010.
The saloon has a U-shaped sofa around the diningtable on starboard and a sofa opposite on port. The galley is U-shaped and comes with all the amenities: 4-burner gasstove, oven, microwave, extractorfan, frontload fridge and topload freezer. Corian worktop with double sinks.
The guestcabin is starboard aft, double bed plus single berth above. Toilet with sink and shower are portside aft.
The owner''s cabin is forward of the saloon with double bed plus pullman bed. Separate shower and separate toilet with sink.
